What is your “typical” lead time?

At Iron Design we understand that deadlines are important. We will always do our best to give you a delivery date when you place your order. “Typically”, it takes 3-6 weeks to get projects built and installed .

Are custom pieces available to the public?

We specialize in custom work for the individual or business and we will tailor our designs to fit your needs, whether it is one piece or five hundred. We are happy to help you achieve your exact goal.

What is your return policy?

Iron Design takes great pride in the quality of their products. As most of our pieces are custom designed and made, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us to discuss what options are available.

Do you have samples of your hardware and drape colors?

All samples are available in our showroom, please stop by and take a look around.

How do I make a change to my order?

What methods of payment do you accept and what are your payment terms?

We accept all common forms of payment, cash, check, credit cards or money order and our payment terms will be agreed upon once your order is placed. Due to the nature of the pieces that we design and manufacture, our payment terms are specially designed to meet the needs of each individual customer.
